New Zealand Orders
Starting in 2014, all orders are dispatched every day of the week Monday to Thursday from our Australian warehouse (excluding public holidays). $20 minimum 'goods value' applies to all orders. All prices shown are inclusive of NZ GST.
SHIPPING UPDATE
Please Read: We have always prided ourselves on dispatching orders as quickly as possible, but due to the large volume of orders we now process, it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get orders sent the same day. Orders are processed on a 'first in first out' basis, so please be aware (depending on current volume) that your order may ship on or after the next available shipping day after ordering.
We are a small team working hard, not an Amazon fulfillment centre, so thanks for your patience and understanding.
DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
Current shipping offers:
- Discounted EMS International shipping on retail orders over $49. Applicable prices and delivery times shown at the checkout.
We currently 2 single flat-rate shipping option for New Zealand orders.
- Standard International Shipping : (orders under $50) Shipped direct from our Australian Warehouse. Delivery by NZ Post.
- EMS International Courier Shipping : Shipped direct from our Australian Warehouse. Delivery by Courierpost NZ.
Note: Delivery times are approximations based on the carrier information provided to us. 'Working day' (or business day) universally means a day between and including Monday to Friday, not a weekend. The specified approximate working day delivery periods commence the day after your shipment is despatched, not the instant an order is placed. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we have no control over any further postal service changes to approximate delivery timeframes.
Other Details
- Your order will not incur any additional handling costs.
- All orders on 'in stock' items are typically delivered within 3 to 14 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen. Delivery times will vary across the country.
- If you want return an item, your refund will not include the original shipping costs.
- Please Note: Not all deliveries require a signature on delivery so please ensure you advise us of a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package during working hours (we strongly recommend a business address). Goods addressed to a home address will be left at the premises by NZ Post or Courierpost if no one is home. Please ensure the delivery address is safe and secure should the goods be left, as we take no responsibility for your package once it is shown as delivered as per the tracking information given.
